- Tenzi. Automation and analytics for brokers and networks. Tenzi works on top of whatever systems are already in place and automates the admin around them: the emails, chasing, filing, re-keying and document wrangling.
- This year. More than 50 conversations with independent brokers, ARs and network leaders, mapping how the work actually gets done across new business, renewals, remarketing and claims.
- Before that. A decade in AI: a computer vision company founded in 2016, data science and machine learning teams, most recently leading data and AI at Australia Post, and work with CSIRO's National AI Centre on AI adoption for small business.
- These resources. ASIC's registers are public but not built for analysis, so Tenzi built the dataset the industry did not have: snapshots reconciled across 48 months, movement between networks, tenure and growth. The aggregate picture is published here; the registers say what moved, the people who sit down with Roshan say why.
