Net flow, destination breakdown, and seasonality across the 48-month window.
Resilium lost 20% of its AR/CAR network over 4 years — 615 ARs in May 2022, 492 by April 2026. Last week Steadfast announced it will acquire Resilium and PSC Connect from Envest, integrating both into Ausure.
The transition didn't start last week — it's been happening for years. 540 ARs left and 413 joined over 48 months. That level of turnover through a ~500–600 person network is significant.
The Steadfast ecosystem was already the destination. Ausure (net −38), McLardy McShane (net −36), and Community Broker Network (net −32) together account for 123 identified departures — exactly equal to Resilium's total net headcount loss.
December and January are consistently the worst months — likely driven by end-of-year contract cycles. January 2025 alone saw 49 departures.
January 2024 anomaly: +63 joiners in a single month — looks like a bulk transfer, but the gains were gradually eroded through the rest of 2024 and into 2025.
Movement matching is inferred from name, AR number, and timing — not tracked directly by ASIC. 71% of departures couldn't be matched to a specific destination, so the full picture is incomplete. Source: ASIC Financial Advisers Register, May 2022 → April 2026.
