The acquisitions, migrations and launches that moved the table between December 2025 and 30 June 2026.
Steadfast's acquisition of Resilium and PSC, announced in April. The deal that reshaped the middle of the table. By 30 June the chart shows Resilium at 170 and PSC Connect at 201, with the migrations still under way.
Envest's equity-held businesses moved into Aviso Group Partners. Aviso enters the top 20 inside the window and finishes June at 209, fifth by combined headcount.
Resilium and PSC migrations landing at Ausure. Ausure finishes the window at 338 and fourth, and the transfers continue beyond June.
Howden's acquisition of Unicorn Risk Solutions, a long-term AR of Apollo. A move at the AR level rather than the network level; Apollo Risk Services finishes the window at 62.
Sphere Insurance Group wound up. Sphere leaves the top 20 in June, one of two exits that month alongside Professional Services Corporation.
The launch of Regis Licensing. Regis enters the top 20 in June at 27, alongside BMIA Broker Network, also at 27.

The organic builds
4 NOTES
Set the deals aside and a second story runs underneath: networks adding ARs one appointment at a time.
McLardy McShane Partners +59, the largest organic build of any network. It finishes the window at 579 and third, clear of every network below it.
Metrix Connect +47, up 52%. The strongest mid-table build, finishing June at 138 and eighth.
By percentage: EBN +86%, Better Broker Network +71%, Sirius Insurance +50%, BMIA Broker Network +29%, SMS Insurance (repX) +24%. The fastest growers sit in the lower half of the table, where a few dozen ARs move a network several places.
The two at the top just kept going. Community Broker Network +15 to 1,133 and Insurance Advisernet Australia +26 to 879: the stable giants that drive the sector.

Data notes
Source: ASIC AFS Licensee and Authorised Representative registers (data.gov.au). GI-primary AFSLs, individual ARs plus corporate ARs at each month-end from December 2025 to June 2026. Only the month-end positions are real: the animation's in-between frames are tweens. Top 20 membership is recomputed every month, so networks enter and leave on their own numbers rather than tracking a fixed list. An AR that moves between networks is counted once, at the newer network, which is why totals here can sit below the headline counts in the monthly movers reports while a migration is in progress. Data to 30 June 2026; the Resilium and PSC migrations into Ausure continue beyond the window. These numbers are one view and a starting point for a conversation: every network has a culture, offering and capability the register cannot capture.
