Headline insights
The Resilium book has landed at Ausure: 286 → 19, with 247 brokers moving across.Ausure grew 340 → 543 ARs + CARs, the largest increase of any network. Unlike May's single-day move to Aviso, this transfer was phased across the whole month — 80 on 30 June, then batches of 42, 41, 28, 25, 24, 23 and 18 through to 30 July. Resilium now shows 19 registered reps, down from 493 in January.
PSC Connect is being broken up: 203 → 114 in July.Of the 89 who left, 69 went to Ausure, while 11 stayed inside the PSC group — 6 to PSC Reliance and 5 to PSC Insurance Brokers (Aust). Whether 114 is a floor or a waypoint is still open: Resilium sat at 286 at the end of June before dropping to 19 a month later.
The top of the market may be about to change order.Ausure is now 4th at 543 ARs + CARs, 32 behind McLardy McShane Insurance Advisors on 575. The top three all drifted down slightly in July — Community Broker Network 1,138 → 1,136, Insurance Advisernet Australia 880 → 877, McLardy McShane 579 → 575 — so another large tranche at Ausure would reshuffle the leaderboard.
Departures skewed markedly more senior in July.Of 73 individual ARs who left the register, 27 had 10+ years, and median tenure jumped from 2.6 years in June to 6.8. The biggest single source of exits was Community Broker Network (17), though those skew the other way — median 1.8 years, 9 of them brand new.
Oracle Group is the only mid-sized network showing up as a training pipeline. It took 8 of the industry's 61 new entrants, second only to Community Broker Network on 15, with 8 appointments landing on a single day.
